Mo has a great passion for helping others and seeing them achieve and succeed at something, no matter how big or small. It is this that drives and motivates Mo on a daily basis.
Mo joined the Dream Team in September 2018, coming from a long tenure at The Regent Training Centre where Mo provided pastoral care to teens and developed programmes to support their career pathways. Professionally, Mo aims to guide as many people as possible towards a quality of life where they're happy, stable and secure; and where they can then give back to a community what they once received. Since joining the I Have a Dream Team, Mo has completed the New Zealand Leadership Programme and been promoted to Navigator Team Lead and most recently to General Manager - Operations.
Mo naturally embodies the leadership skills and vision needed to navigate the complexities of a dynamic business landscape. While very humble, Mo demonstrates a solid foundation in strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to drive meaningful change.
Mo is of Ngāpuhi and Samoan descent, and she attributes her achievements to her whānau (family), crediting them for their unwavering support, guidance, and belief in her journey, which has been instrumental in helping her lean into the challenges and celebrate successes.
In Mo’s spare time, whanau is at the core of everything - planning adventures and making memories with them. Mo is also our resident netball fanatic, having been involved with the code for many years as a player, umpire, coach, manager, executive committee member and now President of her club.
Mo’s strong values around supporting others and the importance of whanau are a huge asset to the Dream Team.
