Roz Calder

Roz brings extensive business experience in research, strategy and understanding people to her role as a Trustee of I Have A Dream. She previously founded and led a consumer research business, working with leading brands in New Zealand and internationally to provide insight into people’s behaviour and decision-making.

Roz has experienced first-hand the power of education to influence a person’s life. Since stepping back from her business, she has focused some of her time on philanthropic organisations working in this area, with a shared goal of creating meaningful, long-term change. She is particularly interested in how philanthropic individuals and organisations can make their giving more effective.

Roz brings to the Board a combination of strategic thinking, research expertise and a strong interest in the factors that influence educational opportunity and outcomes.
