Kia orana

For over two decades, I have dedicated my life to the belief that every young person carries a divine spark of potential waiting to be ignited. My journey through the youth sector spanning sports development, education, employment, and high-performance basketball, has been more than a professional path; it has been a calling to serve.

My approach to advocacy is rooted in the biblical principle of servant leadership. Just as we are called to serve one another in love, I believe that high-performance results whether on the court or in the classroom begin with a foundation of genuine care and mentorship.

I am a firm believer in the wisdom of Proverbs 22:6: “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” My goal is to be a steady hand and a supportive voice for our rangatahi, ensuring they have the tools, the confidence, and the character to reach their full potential.

I work from the feet up to prepare them for the path ahead, and from the heart out to empower the whole person, always guided by the love commanded in John 13:34.
