Fuel up to support local Dreamers

We’re thrilled to announce that I Have a Dream has been selected as one of the local charities in Z Energy’s Good in the Hood campaign at Z Te Kamo!

This incredible initiative sees $1 million distributed across Aotearoa to support local organisations doing good in their communities. From Tuesday 26 August to Monday 22 September, every customer who fuels up at Z Te Kamo will receive a voting token and we need you to drop your token in the I Have a Dream box.

Why vote for I Have a Dream?

I Have a Dream is working with more than 1,127 local children delivering long-term support through in-school, after-school, and holiday programmes with a strong focus on numeracy and literacy as well as building confidence, resilience and leadership skills. Programme participants (Dreamers) are supported and mentored by Navigators across their time at school and beyond, helping connect them to ongoing education and employment opportunities.

I Have a Dream Navigators work closely with teachers and whānau and help young people in our local community build a strong sense of self, improve attendance, engagement, and wellbeing and go on to achieve academic success and personal growth.

The entire I Have a Dream team is driven by a mission to create generational change and promote equity in education and opportunity, enabling Dreamers to reach their potential and achieve their dreams.

Every token cast for I Have a Dream helps fund this long-term, transformative work.
